ORDERS & SHIPPING
Where do you ship, and what does it cost?
Shipping is complimentary to Canada and the United States. Every parcel is insured and tracked.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are fulfilled Monday to Friday within 24 hours and ship directly from our workshop. Please allow 9–15 days for your frames to reach you. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Write to support@pulera.com with your order number as soon as possible. Once an order has been accepted and fulfilled we may not be able to change it, but we will always do our best.
RETURNS & WARRANTY
What is your return policy?
Every frame is covered by a 90-day money-back guarantee. Return it within 90 days of delivery in like-new condition with its case and packaging and we will refund your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving it. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective.
How do I start a return?
Email support@pulera.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will send you return instructions.
My frames arrived damaged. What now?
Contact us right away with your order number and photos of the damage. We cover return shipping for damaged or defective items and will replace the frame or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Every PULERA frame is guaranteed for life against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship: hinges that fail through a manufacturing fault, structural frame defects not caused by misuse, and lens defects present on delivery. Damage from accidents or wear is not covered. If a defect occurs we repair or replace the frame at our discretion.
THE FRAMES
What are PULERA frames made of?
Hand-finished acetate, with polished three-barrel hinges and engraved and painted detailing. Every frame ships in a black leather folding case.
What does "numbered run" mean?
Our frames are made in small runs and each piece is numbered. The TRENTADUE P2 is an edition of 25 and the AP SIGNATURE an edition of 10. When a run sells out it is not repeated.
How do I know which frame fits me?
Every product page lists the total width, lens width, lens height, bridge and temple length in the SIZE & FIT section. Compare them with a pair you already own; most of our frames sit between 140 and 145 mm wide. If you are unsure, write to us and we will help you choose.
Can I fit prescription lenses?
Most opticians can fit prescription lenses to an acetate frame. Contact us before you order and we will confirm what is possible for the frame you have in mind.
LENSES & CARE
What lenses do you use?
CR39 lenses with UV400 protection, blocking 99.9% of UV rays. Several frames are available with polarized lenses; the DETAILS section on each product page lists the exact specification.
How should I care for my frames?
Clean the lenses with the microfibre cloth and lukewarm water only; avoid household cleaners. Keep the frames in their case when you are not wearing them and away from heat, which can warp acetate.
